TERMS OF USE for ZNAX

1. Definitions

In this document, the following terms mean:

"ZNAX", "App", "Services" - all features, offers, websites, software and services provided by the operator.

"User" - any natural person using the services.

"Account" - a user's personal access, including login, profile and individual settings.

"User Content" - all content provided or uploaded by users (e.g. photos, texts, location data, messages, profile information).

"Premium Services" / "Virtual Goods" - paid additional features and digital goods (e.g. boosts, coins, special features).

"Location Data" - location information (GPS, proximity data, etc.), if the user shares it.

"Event" - an event created by users (public or private) to which other users can be invited.

"Event Creator" / "Organiser" - the user who creates and manages an event.

"Event Participant" - users who have been invited to or applied for an event.

"Affiliate" - a user with affiliate status who receives commissions for referring paying users.

2. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

2.1. These terms apply to all ZNAX services.

2.2. By downloading, installing, registering, logging in or using the services, you agree to and fully accept these terms.

2.3. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services.

2.4. The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The current version will be published within the app / on the website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Registration, User Account & Age / Eligibility

3.1. To use certain features of the services, registration and creation of an account may be required.

3.2. You warrant that all information provided during registration is correct, complete and truthful.

3.3. You confirm that you are of legal age (at least 18 years) and have legal capacity. Minors may not use the services.

3.4. Each user may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

3.5. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur through your account.

3.6. The operator may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations, abuse or suspicion of fake profiles.

4. Scope of Services

4.1. ZNAX is a dating/social app that may offer the following features (depending on version/update):

5. Data & Privacy

5.1. ZNAX collects personal data, including profile data, location data, usage and device data, and communication data. Sensitive data (e.g. sexual orientation) may also be processed.

5.2. Before processing sensitive data, ZNAX obtains the user's explicit informed consent.

5.3. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR).

5.4. The user has the rights to access, rectification, deletion, data portability and restriction of processing.

5.5. A detailed privacy policy is provided separately and forms part of the agreement.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Use

You agree in particular to:

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

7.1. Users may create and upload content (profile photos, texts, information, messages, etc.).

7.2. By uploading, you grant the operator the right to store, display and process the content within the scope of the services.

7.3. The operator may review, moderate, delete or block content that violates these terms or applicable law.

8. Location and Matching Features

8.1. If you share your location data, ZNAX allows you to see other users nearby or be found.

8.2. The accuracy of location data may vary.

8.3. You can disable location sharing at any time.

8.4. You are responsible for your own safety and privacy.

9. Event Features

9.1. General Information about Events

ZNAX allows users to create events, invite other users and participate in events. Events can be public (visible to all) or private (by invitation only).

9.2. Creating Events

9.2.1. Any registered user can create events.

9.2.2. The event creator is responsible for all event details (name, description, date, time, location, image).

9.2.3. Event images must comply with the guidelines and must not contain illegal, offensive or copyrighted content.

9.2.4. The event creator confirms that they are authorised to use the specified venue or organise a meeting there.

9.2.5. ZNAX is not the organiser of events and assumes no responsibility for the execution, organisation or any damages related to events.

9.3. Public Events

9.3.1. Public events are visible to all users within the specified distance.

9.3.2. The location (coordinates) of public events is displayed to other users.

9.3.3. Users can apply for public events. The event creator decides on acceptance.

9.3.4. For public events, a website URL may optionally be provided.

9.4. Private Events

9.4.1. Private events are only visible to invited users.

9.4.2. The exact location and time of private events are only shown to invited users who have accepted the invitation.

9.4.3. Non-invited users only see the event name, description and event image (if available).

9.4.4. The event creator can actively invite users. Invited users can accept, decline or "park" (decide later) the invitation.

9.5. Event Invitations and Applications

9.5.1. Invitations to private events are shown via push notification and in the app.

9.5.2. Users can accept, decline or park invitations.

9.5.3. For public events, users can apply. The event creator sees all applications and can accept or decline them.

9.5.4. The event creator can view and manage the participant list.

9.6. Event Reminders

9.6.1. ZNAX may send automatic reminders for confirmed events (e.g. 24 hours and 1 hour before start).

9.6.2. Push notifications can be disabled in device settings.

9.7. Responsibility and Liability for Events

9.7.1. The event creator bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of event details and proper execution.

9.7.2. ZNAX / ecoPulse Network is not an organiser and assumes no liability for:

9.7.3. Participation in events is at your own risk. The same safety guidelines apply as for meetings with other users (see Section 18).

9.8. Prohibited Event Content

The following content and events are prohibited:

9.9. Deletion and Moderation of Events

9.9.1. The event creator can edit or delete their event at any time.

9.9.2. ZNAX reserves the right to delete or block events that violate these terms without prior notice.

10. Album Feature

10.1. General Information about Albums

ZNAX allows users to create private photo albums and manage access individually.

10.2. Creating and Managing Albums

10.2.1. Any registered user can create private albums with photos.

10.2.2. Album content is subject to the same guidelines as profile photos and is moderated.

10.2.3. The album creator decides which users to grant access to.

10.3. Access Requests

10.3.1. Other users can request access to your albums.

10.3.2. You can accept, decline or ignore requests.

10.3.3. Granted access can be revoked at any time.

10.3.4. After a rejection, access can be requested again after 24 hours at the earliest.

10.3.5. When an access request is made, the album owner receives an automatic system message in chat with a link to the unlock page.

10.4. Content Warning

10.4.1. Before opening a shared album, a content warning is displayed as albums may contain adult content.

10.4.2. The user must confirm the warning before viewing the content.

10.5. Granted Albums

10.5.1. Albums you have been granted access to are displayed in your "Inbox" under "Albums".

10.5.2. The album owner can revoke access at any time.

11. Visitor and Interaction Tracking

11.1. ZNAX records which users have visited your profile ("Visitors").

11.2. "Taps" indicate which users have expressed interest in you.

11.3. This information is only visible to the respective user.

11.4. You can set in the settings whether you want to be visible as a visitor to others.

12. Referral Programme

12.1. General Information about the Referral System

ZNAX offers a referral programme that allows users to invite friends and receive rewards.

12.2. Referral Code

12.2.1. Each user receives a unique referral code.

12.2.2. This code can be shared with friends (e.g. via link, messenger, social media).

12.3. Rewards

12.3.1. When a new user registers with your referral code and completes their profile, this counts as a successful referral.

12.3.2. For a certain number of successful referrals (e.g. 5), you receive premium time as a reward.

12.3.3. Rewards are credited automatically and are not transferable.

12.4. Abuse

12.4.1. Creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards is prohibited.

12.4.2. In case of abuse, rewards may be revoked and the account suspended.

13. Affiliate Programme

13.1. General Information about the Affiliate System

ZNAX offers an affiliate programme for selected users who can receive commissions for referring paying users.

13.2. Affiliate Status

13.2.1. Affiliate status is granted by ZNAX and cannot be activated independently.

13.2.2. Affiliates receive access to the affiliate dashboard with statistics and payout information.

13.3. Commissions

13.3.1. Affiliates receive a percentage commission on premium purchases by users who registered through their referral link.

13.3.2. The commission rate is set individually and can be viewed in the affiliate dashboard.

13.3.3. Commissions are only credited for completed purchases and may be reversed in case of cancellations or refunds.

13.4. Payouts

13.4.1. Payouts are possible from a minimum amount shown in the affiliate dashboard.

13.4.2. Valid bank details (IBAN, account holder) must be provided for payouts.

13.4.3. Payouts are made on request and are reviewed and approved by ZNAX.

13.4.4. ZNAX reserves the right to withhold or cancel payouts in case of suspected abuse.

13.5. Affiliate Obligations

13.5.1. Affiliates must not make misleading advertising for ZNAX.

13.5.2. Creating fake accounts or using unfair methods to generate commissions is prohibited.

13.5.3. In case of violation, affiliate status may be revoked and outstanding commissions withheld.

13.6. Termination

13.6.1. ZNAX may revoke affiliate status at any time without giving reasons.

13.6.2. Upon termination, outstanding legitimately earned commissions will be paid out.

14. Image Moderation

14.1. All profile images and album content are reviewed before publication.

14.2. Images must comply with the community guidelines:

14.3. Rejected images are returned with the reason stated.

14.4. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

15. Advertising and Editorial Content

15.1. ZNAX may display advertising banners and editorial content (articles, news).

15.2. Advertising may be personalised based on general usage data, but not based on sensitive data.

15.3. Premium users may enjoy ad-free usage depending on the package.

16. Premium Features & Virtual Goods

16.1. ZNAX may offer paid premium features and virtual goods (e.g. boosts, coins).

16.2. Premium features are one-time purchases - not subscriptions. Virtual goods are not transferable and have no real monetary value.

16.3. Upon account suspension, premium services expire without entitlement to a refund.

16.4. New users may receive a free trial premium period (e.g. 7 days upon first registration).

17. Disclaimer of Liability

17.1. The services are provided "as is".

17.2. The operator is not liable for:

18. Risks of Dating / Meetings / Events

18.1. ZNAX does not verify the identity or background of users.

18.2. Meetings with other users (including at events) may involve risks.

18.3. You are responsible for your own safety - only meet in public places, do not share sensitive data.

18.4. For events: Inform a trusted person about your location and the event details.

19. Suspension, Termination & Account Deletion

19.1. The operator may suspend, deactivate or delete accounts in case of violations, abuse or fraud.

19.2. The user may delete/deactivate their account at any time.

19.3. Upon account deletion, access rights expire; premium features and virtual goods are forfeited.

19.4. Upon account deletion, all events and albums created by the user are also deleted.

19.5. Affiliate commissions are only paid out upon account deletion if the minimum amount has been reached and no violations exist.

20. Changes to Terms

20.1. The operator may change these terms at any time.

20.2. For material changes, the user will be informed (e.g. in-app notification).

20.3. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

21. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

22. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

22.1. Estonian law applies.

22.2. The place of jurisdiction is Tallinn, Estonia, to the extent permitted by law.
